The procedure for providing hardware warranty spl-lab

  • The company spl-lab provides the equipment warranty period of 12 months from the date of sale. The warranty provides for repair of equipment in the service center by the manufacturer in the presence of defects that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer.
  • The warranty does not cover all types of software as supplied with the equipment, and an additional set.
  • The warranty is terminated in case of repair or attempted repair of equipment by persons / organizations not authorized by spl-lab.
  • The warranty does not cover possible damage from loss of profits, loss of data or other direct or indirect losses caused by faulty equipment.
  • All parts replaced under warranty are the property of spl-lab and then replace them removed at the service center.
